Web UI for MCK (Work-in-Progress)

I wanted to see what the vibe coders were up to, so I started a small project with Claude and Opus 4.6.

The software stack:

• Kubernetes
• MCK operator
• cert-manager
• Laravel
• Claude Code - Opus 4.6

Goals:

Build a web user interface for creating and managing MCK custom resources like mongodbcommunity (mdbc) and mongodbsearch (mdbs) in a kubernetes cluster.

Include search and vector search index management, Prometheus configuration, TLS and split-horizon support.

Understand the strengths and weaknesses of prompt based web development.
